EDORAS STABLES, LLC NOW OFFERS TRAINING!

In August 2007 Edoras Stables, LLC started it's own training program aimed at training Gypsy Horses for show or pleasure riding. Although we work primarily with Gypsy Horses, we do offer training for all breeds of horses and ponies.

The training is done by myself, Syneva Peters, and an assistant trainer. I have worked for three years at a reining, working cow horse, versatility ranch horse training facility. I have also worked for about a year and a half with a classical dressage trainer. I use a combination of classical dressage, reining, and natural horsemanship principles as a base for my training program.

Since the start of our new training program, we have been working primarily with Desert Jewel Gypsy Horses, one the nations largest breeders of Gypsy Horses. We usually have 6-10 of their horses in training with us, and most of them will be for sale. If you have a Gypsy you would like to have trained with us, please let us know.

Our monthly training fee is $600 which includes board (hay, trace mineral salt block, pens cleaned, etc.). Grain/suppliments, vet, farrier, vaccines, worming, etc. is extra. Your horse will be worked 5 days a week for a minimum of 20 times a month. The training fee also includes 2 lessons per month as we encourage the owner to learn along with the horse.

Edoras Stables has access to thousands of acres of public lands for trail riding, so your horse will never get bored from too much arena work.

Gypsy Horses can barrel race?!? That's right, we can train your horse to do just about anything, but western performance events are at the top of our list!

Do you have a horse you would like trained and shown? Edoras Stables, LLC would be happy to help you out. We will be happy to enter your horse in any show or class we feel you horse is ready for. Entry fees, travel expense, stall fees, bedding, etc. shall be paid by the owner.
